🔁 Return & Refund Policy – SRElevate

At SRElevate, every product is crafted with care, creativity, and precision — made just for you!
Since all our items are custom and print-on-demand, our return and refund policies are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and trust between our brand and valued customers.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
Because each order is individually printed, personalized, and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect size, color, or design selection by the customer
- Customization errors made by the customer (e.g., wrong name, photo, spelling, or upload)
✅ We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item or incorrect design delivered
- Manufacturing defect in print or material quality
If any of the above issues occur, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
💰 Refunds (If Applicable)
If your product qualifies for a refund:
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Share clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Once verified and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
⚠️ Note:
- Refunds are not applicable for minor variations in color, placement, or texture — as these are normal with digital printing processes.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
🔄 Replacements
We’ll happily send a free replacement if your product:
- Arrived damaged
- Was misprinted or manufactured incorrectly
- Contained a wrong customization sent by us
You do not need to return the original item — simply share proof (photo/video) of the issue.
❌ Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund once produced and shipped:
- Custom photo mugs
- Personalized t-shirts
- Name-printed or photo cushions, bottles, keychains, or rakhis
- Any item with personalized text, logo, or image uploaded by the customer
- Bulk corporate gifts that have been approved for production
🧳 Corporate / Bulk Order Policy
We proudly handle corporate gifting and bulk customization orders for companies, events, or special occasions.
Since these are made in large quantities and approved in advance, the following policies apply:
- No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds after final artwork/design approval.
- Replacements will only be issued for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Shipping damage (reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof)
- Refunds are processed only if the order has not entered production and must be requested within 24 hours of payment.
- For partial issues (e.g., a few damaged items in a bulk shipment), only those specific units will be replaced.
- Shipping and customs fees (for international bulk orders) are non-refundable.
🛍️ Single Order Policy
For individual custom orders placed through our website:
- Refunds or replacements apply only for damage, wrong item, or print defects.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production.
- Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
- No refunds are offered for incorrect personalization provided by the customer.
